Pana la urma am optat pentru etrieri de Samurai, deoarece cei de de Alfa sunt mult prea mari si lati. Pe spate am sa pun etrieri de Alfa de spate, care au si frana de mana

Ama, trebuia sa fi pus poze cu flansa si etrierul de samurai. Asa, si acum, tinand cont ca eu am deja pe stoc discuri si etrieri de Aro, iar flansa facuta dintr-o bucata la freza si strung pare ceva complicat si scump de facut in judetul nostru Iasi, mi-a venit o idee creatza, cum sa o fac din bucati de tabla groasa taiata la laser, si ansamblata prin sudura in locurile necesare :mrgreen:

Dupa vreo zile de efort nesustinut pe parcursul a 2 sapt, am reusit sa desenez ceva care sper ca e la cotele bune. E ca un fel de puzzle 3D de fapt :lol:

La sudat oricum se deformează,va fi nevoie de rictificat ansamblul.Ideia imi place prin ușurința cu care se poate modifica sub diferite tipuri de etriere

Hmm, la deformare nu m-am gandit se vede ca stau mai mult la calc. decat cu scule in mana. Pai e de rau atunci, cine naiba imi rectifica chestia asta, mai ales ca partea din interior trebuie sa fie cea dreapta, ca sa calce bine pe fuzeta...

Flansele sunt facute de Gabi Regep, la Rm. Valcea. Avantajul la franele de samurai e tocmai simplitatea flansei, din cauza ca discul e mai subtire si etrierul mai mic, vine montat mai spre exterior, deci o simpla tabla groasa cu gauri rezolva problema montajului. Acum ma gandesc ca flansa asta se poate folosi fara pb si la Aro 24 cu brate.

In toata expeditia pe care am facut-o nu am avut nici o problema la frane chair daca am prins +50C, dar si -7C. Pentru eficienta cel mai important e pompa de frana si rezervorul de vacuum
