Deoarece sistemul de arc fata are si el anumite probleme m-am gindit sa aduc citeva modificari am confectionat cite o potcoava de indreptat arcul ; atunci cind arcul nu este in sarcina el se curbeaza spre roata si freaca de cauciuc (vedeti foto la ARO lui @cabestan cel in constructie ) am luat un cornier de 40 din care am facut suportul (potcoava)pe care va sta arcul lam debitat in asa fel incit sa poata inra in talerul de arc apoi am luat un pladband de 35 din care am facut semicercul care sa complecteze talerul original in asa fel incit sa tina arcul in locas si sa ii dea un unghi cit mai drept arcului , dupa care a fost sudat de talerul original de pe brat

Buna ideea, eu am incercat o abordare mai simpla si i-am confectionat un inel de cauciuc gros de 2 cm, pe care l-am pus in oala superioara a arcului.

Da este buna si aceea metoda dar are un inconvenient nu indreapta arcul doar face ca sa mareasca garda la sol ; dar arcul tot se va curba la fel spre cauciuc :!:

Dupa toate modificarile facute am ajuns la concluzia ca imi vor trebui alte arcuri fata ,,mai elastice'' deoarece cele pe care le am sunt ,,spira de 19 su 10 rinduri de spire'' foarte rigide chiar si pentru motorul de Brasov asa ca m-am gindit sa caut alte arcuri ; ca dimensiuni am gasit de G-clase dar mai trebuie sa verific dimensiunile daca se incadreaza si in greutatea masini ; ca sa nu dau bani de pomana pe ele va rog daca cineva a montat ceva mai elastice sau de alte modele , ce s-ar potrivi :?: :?: :?:

Zilele astea am ajuns si eu la aceeiasi concluzie,numai ca eu am de 18,plus ca amortizoarele erau deschise la maxim ,de asta era si tzeapana fatza.Miine vreau sa le dau jos si sa ma apuc de cautat pe la dezmembrari,diametru exterior 150mm ,interior 130mm.O marime cam ciudata,pina acu tot ce am gasit era mai mare in diametru.Pe alea de G-eu le ai masurat,sint la fel?Daca gasesc ceva te anunt.

Cele de G-clase 400cdi motor v8 diesel este cel de pe care am masurat arcul , este de ,,140mm cu 9 spire si comprimat in regim normal are 35cm asta este ok deoarece si al meu este tot in aceasi dimensiune ; dar desfacut la liber :?: am fost cu G-ul in teren si se misca minunat asa ca miine caut sa vad ce gasesc dar sigur nu voi gasi la dezmembrari :( asa ca incerc la magazin ,,noi'' si le ia un prieren ce are reducere de 30% din pret ;dar voi vedea care este pretul :shock:

La ARO arcul lucreză prin "pirghie" la G lucrează "direct".
