Stiu ca suna cam aiurea, poate descurajant.... Dar masina asta va mai merge vreodata pe asfalt ? Intreb deoarece tocmai am vazut ca i s-a schimbat unghiul de inclinatie al puntii fata, ceea ce inseamna ca atunci cand rotile vor vira catusi de putin, va fi un efect de supra-virare, ceea ce duce la o rasturnare sigura la viteze de peste 20-30 kmh. Sper sa n-am dreptate, dar luand-o logic si gandind putin la rece, mie cam asa imi da.

Daca s-ar vrea treaba sa fie ca la carte, eu as propune sa se taie puntea, aproape de omocinetica, rotita omocinetica cu tot cu directie la cate grade s-a inclinat puntea la montaj, apoi sudata din nou. Toate astea se fac cu un ceas comparator pentru o exactitate maxima, vorba unui prieten: "La mare arta".

Per general, din poze pare o treaba foarte, foarte buna, felicitari pentru efort si initiativa. Singura problema, ar fi aceea de mai sus, legata de schimbarea unghiului de asezare/virare a puntii/rotilor fata.

Baieti nu prea vad in ce consta nelinistea-in inclinarea transversala a pivotului? asta se repara destul de simplu...

Nelinistea consta in geometrie elementara. E chiar foarte simplu. Tine palmele intinse, paralele pe masa (pe verticala, cu degetele mici in jos si cu cele mari in sus, la o distanta de aprox 20 de cm departare). Apoi, rotestele pe amandoua (palmele) catre dreapta (un exemplu, poti la fel de bine sa faci si spre stanga). E totul ok, nu ? Acuma incearca inca o data aceeasi schema, dar cu palmele inclinate cam cu 10 grade fata de orizontala. Intoarcele putin (vireaza) si descoperi cu stupuoare ca atunci cand vei vira, rotile vor avea tendinta de a frana si de da peste cap masina. Imi cer scuze pentru acest exemplu, era doar ceva ce mi-a trecut acuma prin cap, puteti sa o ganditi altfel. Ideea era doar ca, masina nu va fi deloc sigura la viraje pe asfalt, la suprafete cu aderenta mare. Va fi o supra-solicitare a directiei si a suspensiei fata. Nu vreau sa am dreptate la ce am zis. E doar o constatare de a mea, care m-i se pare logica.

P.S.: Niciodata nu mi-a placut matematica, in special geometria... Dar se pare ca ar fi trebuit sa ma straduiesc mai mult in liceu :))

In orice unghi rotesti puntea, rotile tot paralele vor vira. Partea cealalta cu impiedicatul, e corecta. Asta vroiam sa o punctez :!: :roll:

@Klez ai perfecta dreprate in legatura cu unghiul dar tinind cont ca puntea are sase suruburi care face prinderea omocinetici de punte sau demontat si sa rotit pina a venit cit de cit drept si binenteles ca s-a putut ajunge la unghi bun dar nu fix cum era si de aceea acum vireaza cam ceva de genul mercedes cind la viraj maxim intra roata sub masina ;ARO este inca in teste si vor mai fi modificari pe parcurs in asa fel incit ca stabileasca unghiuri si cote cit mai bune :mrgreen:

Sa ma lamuresc si eu-este vorba de inclinarea longitudinala a pivotului sau cum spun americanii :mrgreen: caster.Asta se poate rezolva relativ de simplu.Daca masina se va folosi numai pe coclauri unghiul tre sa fie pina la 3 grade daca se va folosi si pe sosea unghil tre de 7grade pentru o stabilitate la viteza mare.La baietii din rusia am vazut ca fac modificarea unghiului ciar si la masinile noi (UAZ) care nu se poate lauda cu o stabilitate buna pe asfalt la viteze mari.
