Deoarece sistemul original este un esec(cu electrovalva) m-am gandit sa construiesc un dispozitiv pentru blocarea grupului spate:
- Un maner de frana de mana langa original
- Blocant de G class- ciuperca :D
- construit un fel de ciuperca dintr-o teava si un buton de soc de Dacie.

Ca sa nu te chinui sa inventezi "roata" din nou, eu te sfatuiesc sa arunci un ochi la un maner (ciuperca) de acceleratie manuala de la un U 650. Ochiul meu a studiat deja problema :shock: . Avantajul ar fi ca deja are acel "blocator" care nu lasa maneta sa fie trasa inapoi de catre arc.
Legat de cablul de transmisie, poti folosi lejer un cablu de frana de bicicleta cu tot cu camasa. Cand vezi ca merge manetica mai greu, mai pui cu seringa nitel ulei pe camasa ;)

Nu stiu aca cablul de bicicleta e sufiect de lung si suficient de rezistent si cred ca mai bine as folosi un cablu de frana de mana, dar de masina mica.

O flexare unde fara blocant (si fara troliu) nu ieseam. Astfel am fost nevoit sa il actionez manual.
PS: in prima poza eram camuflat de nu am obsevat nici eu

am facut si eu modificarea acum ceva vreme
eu am laut o teava, am crestat in ea 2 canale, de fapt am despicat teava pe o portiune de cam 5 cm
in partea de sus, am facut la 90 grade inca o mica adancitura
partea de jos sudata pe o bucata de tabla cu o gaura de 3 mm
ATENTIE in interiorul tevii trebuie introdus un arc puternic, in partea de jos se prinde de el calblul (la mine de frana de mana de dacie), iar in partea de sus am introdus o tija perpendiculara care culiseaza in canal
de ce trebuie arc?pt ca blocarea se face uneori u intarziere si ai vrea ca sa nu fortezi sistemul de bolocare daca el nu pate bloca in acel moment
tragi de cablu, tensionezi arcul, si dupa ce se misca in interior angrenajul, el va bloca de indata ce se alineaza pinioanele
atentie, ai nevoie si de un arc de revenire (nu foarte puternic) care sa deblocheze cand e detensionat cablul
asta e to
nu e greu, dar e eficient

-Repunerea in functie a sistemului Autoblocant punte spate mi-a dat de furca 3 zile, am avut toate piesele si am inceput montajul dupa o schitza si am facut totul ca la carte, dar refuza sa functiuneze....
-Am adus si o Dacia papuc 4X4 si am comparat dupa ea montajul, era identic, dar pe ARO nu vrea sa functioneze, dupa atatea zile de nervi am constatat ca electrovalvele sant defecte desi acestea sant noi, tocmai am cautat ambalajul lor sa le impachetez si sa le returnez la magazin....
-Tomy, mecanicul care ma ajuta a mai incercat o varianta, a schimbat supapele acelea mici de pe corpul electrovalvelor(2), le-a inlocuit cu unele vechi, care dupa parerea lui erau mai "moi" si a constatat ca cele noi sant prea tari, si nu reuseau sa faca dezamorsarea vacumului in momentul cand decuplam si puntea ramanea tot pe cuplat.... A avut dreptate Tomy, acele ciupercutze de cauciuc nu erau destul de moi, si am schimbat cu unele deza folosite si sistemul functioneaza impecabil.....

Gata problema fiin elucidata sa trecem la treaba sa explicam cum se realizeaza circuitil pt sistemul Autoblocant punte spate...

nr 17) - rezervor vacum
