Datorita faptului ca am inlocuit arcurile fata cu unele de 19 cu un nr.de 10 spire ARO arata de parca duceam cartofi asa ca am trecut la confectionarea unor cercei mai lungi ,,200mm'' ; pentru operatiune am folosit pladband de 8X40X200mm ;teava patrata de 40X40X73mm ; suruburi de m16X120mm ; saibe plate ;piulite cu autoblocare ; dar pentru centrarea pieselor am taiat din teava rotunda de ,,fi16''interior, X ,,L-73mm'' doua bucati pentru a fixa tot ansamblul inainte de sudura dupa grunduire si vopsire a urmat monarea pe masina ...

Modificarile la amortizoare erau facute dinainte cu unele de RABA ; dar acum caut ceva mai moi dar tot la aceeasi lungime cu cele de RABA ; sta foarte bine in viraje dar scutura destul de tare la hopuri si denivelari :mrgreen:

vazi incearca telescope de ceva duba de spate,masina de pana in 3,5 t,din cate am vazut se potrivesc de la ford tranzit si iveco

Ce dimensiuni au amortizoarele de Ford Tranzit sau Iveco ce l-eam putea pune pe ARO ,,dimensiuni minime si maxime'' sa vad daca se incadereaza in cursa arcului in asa fel incit sa nu blocheze nici inchis nici deschis

Nu cred ca exista vreo duba care sa indeplineasca toti parametrii la amortizor, la fel ca ARO (sau dezirabil, mai bine).

Ideea este ca trebuie ca si cursa sa fie generoasa si sa se intinda mult, de la comprimat maxim la destins maxim, pentru flexari. Dubele nu au nevoie de asa ceva, incat nu imi imaginez ca sunt potrivite pt asta.

Cred ca cel mai bine am sa modific prinderea amortizorului pe sasiu si voi reveni la cele originale de ARO ; si asa le voi aduce la cursa dorita , dupa modificare voi reveni cu detali si impresi :!: ; dar pina atunci voi incepe masuratorile pentru limitele minime si maxime a flexari punti sa vad de ce lungime a cursei amortizorului voi avea nevoie si abia atunci voi decide ce fac :!:

Dupa ce montez puntea fata e posibil sa trebuiasca sa modific si eu cerceii spate.
@gabi: Suruburile pe care le-ai facut de ce duritate sunt ? Trebuie sa fie mai rezistente decat ceva normal cred.

Nu trebuie de duriteate foarte mare la grosimea surubului merge si un (8,8) eu am cumparat din comert suruburile si nu am avut nici o problema cu ele ; am schimbat bucsile si erau ,,OK''
