Pinionul vine strunjit din grosime si pe axul conic se face o bucsa. Pompa m-a costat 350 ron cu tot cu montaj

I consulted with a specialist in fuel systems.
Test plan for injection pump 0 460 494 163 on attachment.
It not an absolutely successful choice on characteristics.
Diameter plunger = 9 mm. It is small for 3,1L.
The very large course of the timer of an advancing, is possible(probable) will be overheating the engine on the high rotations, because of the large size of a corner of an advancing.

Probably in winter I shall give the injection pump from my 243 for auditing and for him will be made test plan of a similar kind. Now, on it IP, diameter plunger = 10 mm. Probably (if there will be necessary to replacement because of wear and deteriorations) plunger will be replaced on 11mm.

Am instalat pompa :!: Am găsit una de Alfa 164 pierdută pe un raft la dezmembrări :lol: .Acum altă întrebare-tre un releu special pentru a opri motorul :?: ,acum îl opresc printrun intrerupător :lol: ...

Nu nu nu, are doar plus pe electrovalva, poti sa-l tragi din "contact", si deci cand iei contactu se opreste motoru.

Noi asa am facut pe la Iasi. Desiguri poti sa lasi si comutator dedicat / boton.

Salut.Am montat si eu pe unul din ARO-uri acelasi tip de pompa ca si colegul AMA27.Sunt multumit de pornire ,fum aproape de loc este silentios motorul se tureaza bine insa sunt dezamagit de demaraj[intra motorul greu in turatie].Cind v-oi ajunge la garaj am sa verific daca nu am decalat cumva din greseala pinionul pompei dereglind astfel avansul de injectie al pompei.Daca cumva aveti idee de ce in sarcina intra greu in turatie motorul va rog sa imi scrieti si mie posibila cauza.Multumesc anticipat de ajutor.

Am avut asemănătoare prb de la început.Posibil să fie avansul pre mic-dacă lucrează motorul mai silențios ca de obicei este avansul mic,mai încearcă să decalezi cu un dinte față de poziția actuală sau mai rotește pompa poate să se schimbe lucrul motorului.Eu am mai umblat și la cantitatea de motorină injectată de pompă.

Salut.Am marit si debitul motorinei injectate,dar daca dupa cum spui si tu inclin ca trebuie sa decalez cu un dinte pinionul pompei de injectie .Am deplasat pompa dar modificarile in mersul motorului sunt infime probabil din lipsa insuficientei avansului la injectie.Cu citi dinti ai decalat pinionul pompei tu si inspre ce parte vizavi de semnul pinionului antrenor?
