Ma tot bate gandul sa pun turbina pe Brasov si asa fi curios care ar fi presiunea maxima pe care o suporta motorul. Poate ne spune cab_512 cum a modificat si ne arata si niste poze

Din ce discutam la iesirea de ieri, eu spuneam ca nu suporta o presiune prea mare.

Cunosc o masina din Judetul Hunedoara care a avut Turbo si a rupt vibrochenul (si inca una care merge bine si acum prin Deva). Cunosc 2 masini din Iasi (TVuri cu BV) care au avut BV si pompa de TAF si au rupt vibrochenul (fara turbo) si in fine, stiu si un caz in care un BV standard (masina lui Augustin State / Kosfunny) a rupt vibrochenul cu grupuri 41/11 si BFG MT 235 x 75 x 15.

Daca vrei sa faci aceasta interventie sfatul meu este sa dai jos motorul (ceea ce oricum faci, daca pui rigida), apoi sa dai jos baia de ulei, cu ocazia asta schimbi cele doua garnituri de pluta is cele doua garnituri semi-inel (sunt ieftine), pui si silicon din belsug (ca sa nu ai scurgeri pe viitor), schimbi simeringul de la fulie si cel din spate de la vibrochen (iarasi sunt f. ieftini, greu de schimbat, si daca picura e pacat) si inspectezi vibrochenul. Daca e Cota Normala sau Cota 0 atunci se merita sa incerci un turbo. Daca nu, eu sincer nu as incerca.

Daca te decizi sa mergi pe calea turbo, iti recomand si pe forum (ca sa vada si alti colegi si sa ma corecteze daca e cazul) sa te rezumi la o presiune mica - un 0.85 bar maxim. Un exemplu de turbina ce se poate adapta este turbina de pe TDX care este Garrett si are 0.83 bari.

Motorul nu este umblat si este la cota 0. Scurgeri nu are si kilometri are cam 80.000.

In caz de presiune prea mare se poate decomprima motorul ca sa il feresti de distrugere.

Esti sigur ca nu este umblat si e la cota 0?

Stii TOS-ul, nu? Stii cati km are masina (momentan 13.000, dar cand a luat-o Adi avea vreo 5000km). Ei bine, s-a umblat in motorul ei! Un piston era total diferit de celalalte, de alt tip si firma productoare.

Soferul/mecanic care l-a condus mi-a zis ca nu a fost umblat in el si sincer nu am vazut nici o urma. De montat turbina o montez cu intercooler nu folosesc sistemul clasic de pe Peugeot si cred TDX

Aici se vede ca turbina vine pe galeria originala de BV si daca nu gresesc este de IVECO.La mine este mai mare :D .

Intradevar este o turbina de iveco 2500 cm3. Is curios cum ai realizat sistemul de ungere a turbinei pentru ca este foarte importanta ungerea
