Am montat si eu o turbina pe motorul de bv.. Turbina este luata(second hand) de pe un motor TDX si este fabricata de turbomecanica, nu este o turbina prea performanta pentru ca nu a fost prevazuta din fabrica cu actuator si nici wastegate. Baga intre 0,4-0,6 bar, probabil baga si mai mult dar nu am vrut sa turez motorul la maxim in gol ca sa nu cumva sa crape ceva in el. Oricum turbina face presiune cam de la 2000 rot/min ale motorului.. Initial am vrut sa pun o turbina de audi de pe un motor de 150cp ca alea au si geometrie variabila si baga de la o turatie mai joasa. Cand am cautat eu turbo astea erau pe la dezmembrari de la 200euro in sus, dar intre timp a aparut oportunitatea cu asta de tdx care a fost mult mai ieftina si am zis ca pentru inceput sa incerc cu asta.
I-am facut flansa de adaptare la evacuare..a trebuit sa modific si evacuarea care acum vine dupa turbina(la care am muncit destul de mult). Ungerea am luat-o de la chiuloasa, unde am pus inca o conducta in paralel cu cea de acolo prin intermediul unui surub mai lung si prevazut cu 2 orifici de ungere pentru fiecare conducta.
Uleiul care iese din turbina l-am bagat inapoi in motor pe la capacul de la distributie unde vine o pompa de ulei auxiliara(cele care au servo), am sudat de capac un cot. Inainte sa montez turbina am demontat-o si am curatat-o corespunzator..
In concluzie motorul accelereaza mai repede in sarcina, s-a redus si zgomotul si fumul la mers in sarcina cu turatie maxima, aproape ca a disparut fumul acela negru.

Daca inca mai ai tevile de canalizare la filtru schimbale pana nu-ti face o "bucurie" Cand sunt reci (mai ales acuma iarna) de la vibratii crapa foarte repede si prin acele crapaturi exista riscul sa intre praf direct in turbo, apoi in motor. Eu "snorkel-ul" tot din tevi din alea e facut, mi-au crapat de la frig + lovituri de crengi, insa nu ma deranjeaza asa de tare deoarece pe langa filtrul umed de pe snorkel, am si filtrul original uscat al masinii sub capota. La tine insa daca se crapa se duce direct in motor...
In rest, arata foarte bine. App, cum suna cu acel filtru si cu turbo ?

La mine aici nu e asa frig iarna.. rar ajunge la -12 grade. am cautat sa pun furtun de cauciuc dar e loc putin si nu am gasit nimic sa se potriveasc precum coturile alea de 50mm..iar in mers se incalzeste turbina si oleaca si alea.. Se aude altfel cu turbo si cu filtru sport, dar calitatea lui e ca amortizeaza foarte mult din zgomotul de pe admisie. Daca il scot se aude turbina cum aspira aer cand accelerez, dar daca il pun nu se mai aude deloc zgomotul ala. Pe langa asta trece aerul foarte usor prin filtrul ala dar am auzit ca mai trece si nitel praf :( ;)

Trece, trece praful. Am avut si eu la fel pe motorul de Ford, tot filtru conic. Ai grija ca trece si apa foarte lejer prin el. Adica daca iei o balta in viteza, roata arunca apa pe elice motor, de unde ti-o arunca pe filtru, apoi intra in motor. E drept ca nu intra destul de mult cat sa afecteze, inca nu se stie niciodata ce balta nimeresti, sau cat de tare ploua pe strazi :) . Daca vrei sa tii acel filtru, ti-as recomanda un kyt de curatare pentru filtrele sport. E compus dintr-un spray cu care speli filtru de praf, iar dupa ce se usuca, il dau cu un alt spray de culoare roz, dispersant, cu care se acopera porii mai mari. E ca un fel de ulei. Acel spray ajuta prin faptul ca filtrul iti va filtra mai bine, si nici apa nu va mai trece prin el. In orice caz, eu personal nu recomand astfel de filtre, mai ales daca-s din PRC. Daca ar fi un K&N de la mama lui de acasa, atunci datele se schimba. Am vazut de toate felurile de filtre sport pe dimensiune dar si conice si intradevar, K&N este tatic in domeniul filtrelor auto.


Le: Acuma am studiat mai bine asezarea. Du-te la dezmembrari si vezi poate gasesti tubulatura de aer de la un Mitsubishi Pajero cu motor de 2.3 sau 2.5 TD pana in 93. Asezarea e la fel ca la mine, si eu am cotul de 90* exact la intrare in turbo si furtunul e de cauciuc, inelar si flexibil, insa nu se sugruma. Si este si rezistent, al meu are 26 de ani si inca n-are nici o problema. Un astfel de furtun nu cred ca sare de 10-20 de lei. Vezi daca gasesti si carcasa filtrului de aer, poti sa o iei si pe aia ca e impermeabila (adica are garnitura la capac foarte buna), iar un filtru de schimb costa 40 de ron si tine 6 luni fara probleme.

E bun un filtru uscat si un snorkel pentru offroad, insa pentru expeditii recomand un filtru cu ulei. Eu am pus unul de pe Mercedes W123 "Cobra" 240D. Este foarte bine construit seamana cu cel original de Aro insa este etans si nu trage aer fals.

un amic a pus un filltu KN de la mama lui itr-o cuite ETANSA de filtru original, pe patrol, cu teava la snorkel
totul bun, dar cand a desfacut evacuarea .... surpriza maxima
in turbo mizeri muuuulta si noroi
nu avea pe unde decat prin filtru de aer

Cu siguranta. In esenta lui, un filtru de aer sport e facut pentru a permite un flux mai mare de aer de a trece prin el. E dedicat numai mersului pe asfalt, si nu asfaltul din Ro :mrgreen: . Adica acolo unde e foarte, foarte putin praf. Odata cel bagi in teren, slabe sanse sa nu-ti treaca nici o picatura de praf prin el. Eu ma gandeam la faptul ca @GabyM poate nu face offroad cu masina. In cazul in care face, propun un filtru de aer uscat, in cutie etansa.
