Ma gandeam sa construiesc un incalzitor de motorina:
1 teava e cupru infasurata cu o spirala de nichelina care la randul ei vine imbracata cu azbest si bagata intr-o teava mai mare care sa nu permita dispersarea caldurii decat in interiorul tevii de cupru.

Si caldura de unde vine? Intrebarea mea era pe unde trece apa din motor, sau daca folosesti alta sursa de caldura. Din ce spui inteleg ca apa trece prin conducta centrala? Eu credeam ca e invers, prin teava centrala dreapta trece motorina si prin spirala apa...

Motorina tr incalzita cit sa treaca de filtru cit motorul este inca rece.Cind motorul se dezmorteste motorina se va incalzi in pompa de injectie.Spirala aia nu consuma mult curent?Sa ramina putere la acumulator sa porneasca motorul.De vreo 4 ierni folosesc un sistem simplu ce incaljeste motorina folosind caldura de la colectorul de evacuare.

La tine iti incalzeste motorina dupa ce ai pornit motorul. Eu vreau sa incalzesc motorina inainte sa pornesc motorul. Nichelina nu consuma exagerat de mult curent. (Nichelina e materialul folosit la bricheta auto si bujia incandescenta de D127-este un fir care se incinge cand trece curentul prin el)

Sistemul pentru incalzirea motorinei'' se folosea inainte de ''89 deoarece motorina era la fel ca pacura ne fiind filtrata si avind foarta multa parafina in compozitia ei ; dar stiu un lucru ca motorina de dupa ''89 este ca benzina din acei ani ; eu unul nu am avut probleme cu parafina sau inghetul de motorina pe conducte am inceput de anul trecut sa folosesc metabond pentru a colecta apa din rezervor si am avut surprinderea sa constat ca nu aveam apa de loc in el ;filtru de motorina il inlocuiesc la 10000 de km sau de doua ori pe an adica inainte de iarna si la iesirea din ea asta tinind cont ca am anulat tot ce inseamna filtre pina la el adica si cel din rezervor si cel din pompa de alimelntare ; pentru ca am avut probleme in teren cind mergeam 2km si se oprea ; de atunci nu am mai avut probleme cu alimentarea asa ca nu stiu daca are asa mare efect asupra porniri motorului daca este motorina calda caci de fapt in interiorul pompei de injectie este rece cel mai important lucru cred ca este sa nu ai apa in rezervor si pentru parafina se poate recurge la metodele vechi,,petrol sau benzina'' in propoti bine calculate :) :)

Problema ar mai fi ca ingheata motorina la o anumita temperatura foarte scazuta, rezolvarea este fie adaos de motorina contra-inghet, fie motorina "top nordic" care e deja aditivata la pompa si nu ingheata rapid.
