Am captusit filtrul cu hartie de filtru ce era inauntru, am izolat axul central de prindere cu o teava de plastic.
Am fixat nichelina de carcasa la masa. Plusul l-am trecut printr-un surub izolat de capac cu ajutorul unui tub de plastic si a saibelor de cauciuc si plastic.
Urmeaza construirea unui termostat care sa opreasca incalzirea motorinei cand s-a ajuns la temperatura dorita.
Pentru cresterea eficientei, voi izola borcanelul in partea exterioara pentru a mentine caldura in interior.

ma domnu vezi iati niste filtre cu satutze in ele,ca pote lucrezi mai usor,si ai grija la baterie sa nu prinda aer pacolo.lucrat bin pana aci dar numa sa nu faci sa se aprinda. :lol:

Motorina se poate aprinde doar daca se incinge foarte tare si pe langa asta are nevoie de oxigen. In borcan e izolat cu garnituri si nu are de unde sa traga aer.

Aproape e gata si termostatul. Urmeaza testele si calibrarea senzorului. Teoretic ar trebui sa opreasca incalzirea motorinei pe la 60-70 grade.

Testele au decurs OK, insa nu am mai avut chef sa il montez pe masina, astept primavara si am in cap alte modificari. La toamna viitoare am sa il montez. Pe langa acesta "Custom Made" m-ai am si unul original dat jos de pe o Cobra (Mercedes w123)

Si OPEL ASTRA 17td au filtrele cu preincazitor dar ele intra in funciune doar dupa ce poneste motorul :!:
