Servus! A pus cineva catalizator la D127?! Se poate pune, are vreo eficienta (in special la ITP) sau efecte negative / pozitive asupra motorului?

Eu tocmai urmeaza sa pun.

Si s-a mai pus la sectia CESAR, experimental in incercarea de a EURO-iza Brasovul, doar ca au ales un catalizator de dacie berlina plus filtru de aer uscat (hartie). Esec total.

Eu am procurat un MagnaFlow (tuning performanta alea alea) special pentru diesel, cu free-flow (nu obstructioneaza gazele) destinat motoarelor de F350 de 6.3 litri diesel din state. M-am gandit sa-l supradimensionez, ca sa nu am probleme pe Brasov.

De asemenea trebuiesc avute in vedere urmatoarele aspecte:

Catalizatorul lucreaza cel mai bine cu gaze la temperatura foarte inalta, deci trebuie montat cat mai "repede".

Catalizatorul avand componente ceramice este sensibil la vibratiile motorului (care la Brasov sunt mici de altfel) astfel incat trebuie montat racord flexibil pentru reducerea acestora.

Teoretic catalizatoru tine pe viata deci sanatate.

Alt aspect - tipul de catalizator - three way, two way etc. Majoritatea au locas pt sonda lambda, astfel incat ECU sa regleze cantitatea de motorina respectiv oxigen, ca sa nu fie prea mult oxigen in gazele de evacuare. (Asta ar face alte reactii, si nu ar fi eficient catalizatoru).

O sa pun poze cu el si cu montajul cand ajung la evacuare.

Eu l-am luat direct din state... Pe aici pe la noi am gasit tot felu de catalizatoare "no-name" pe la 4-5-6 milioane bucata. Eu mai cu fite, am vrut ceva oarecum profi, MagnaFlow, ca deh, suna bine. Am dat 2.5 mil pe el, fara transport (care a fost mokka, ca a incaput in geamantan).

Posibil sa apuc sa-l pun saptamana asta sau cealalta. Vedem.

Ah, dincolo de aceasta modificare, ar trebui desigur si motorul sa fie in mintile lui - set ok, compresie ok, segmenti ok. Si desigur, pompa de injectie ok, eu o sa merg pe varianta de Cobra 240D (pompa liniara), am incercat deja cea de TAF si BOSCH, si as tinde sa cred ca asta de Cobra e combinatia ideala intre ele.

Ai dat enorm pe cap hidraulic si diuze!!!!!

O pompa de Cobra e cam 2 mil, una Bosch cu tot cu montaj si reglaj e 3.5 mil, iar diuze DTP Germania sunt cam 60 ron bucata (mai scumpe, da mai bune).

Deci cam asta e... Eu personal nu mai pot procura ca nu ma mai duc acolo prea curand, dar sunt colegii pe club4x4 care aduc orice piesa din state...

S-o luam pe rand.

Eu personal nu prea fac afaceri, sau daca le fac, sunt de obicei paguboase (pentru mine).

airwolf de pe club4x4 daca nu ma insel aduce din state, trimite-i un PM si vb cu el.

Pompa de cobra inca nu am montat, va urma in curand, nu mi-e foarte clar ce adaptari trebuie facute la pinion (desi tind sa cred ca aproape nici una, sau doar pana), iar la pompa trebuie umblat putin ca sa corespunda la 3.1 litri cat are Brasovu'.

Pompe gasesti fie la:
- pompagii (si ai si montaj si eventual garantie)
- forumuri specifice (gen forum mercedes)
- prieteni
- dezmembrari

Pompă OK nu cred că este de ajuns-se imbîcsește catalizatorul foarte repede cu motorina de ''calitate" si mai tre sa aiba motorul regim de regenerare-se incingă catalisatorul :twisted: ca naiba...
