Post subject:  Presiune slaba ulei (D127)

Azi am observat ca mi s-a aprins beculde la presiunea de ulei si nici un indicator nu mai arata nimic.
Initial am zis ca este o problema de cablaj apoi am desfacut o sonda de ulei si prin locasul sau debia se prelingea uleiul.
Prima data m-am gandit ca ar fi pompa de ulei, apoi am desfacut filtru. Era colmatat cu un fel de vaselina groasa, probabil uleiul trecut care a zacut mult si bine in motor.
Pasul urmator a fost sa torn benzina pe gaura de intrare in in filtru a uleiului. Cand am desfacut busonul a iesit un mal gros.
Am desfacut baia de ulei si cu un furtun cu presiune cu motorina si cu o sarma am curatat baia pana cand a iesit motorina curata.
Maine schimb filtrul si sper ca problema sa fie doar colmatarea filtrului cu depunerile din baie.

Poze cu pompa de ulei de pe motorul vechi. Sper sa nu fiu nevoit sa o schimb

Am schimbat filtrul cu cel mai mare pe care l-am gasit. Inca mai face figuri la presiune si mai are gunoaie, dar pana nu schimb puntea nu mia desfac motorul sa il curat.

salutare
parere personala exceptand restul de probleme expuse de tine vreau doar sa iti spun ca marimea filtrului de ulei nu are mare treaba cu presiunea, motivul este ca presiunea se ia din rampa centrala iar filtrul e abia dupa, plus ca din constructie se merge pe principiul ca e prefereabil sa faci ungerea unui motor cu un ulei murdar, decat sa nu ii faci ungere deloc, iar asta e si motivul pt care filtrele de ulei au in constructie o cupapa by pass cu un arc tarat sa deschida in momentul cand elementul filtrant opune o prea mare rezistenta.
acum revenind la ce spuneai vis a vis de pompa, pompa iti creaza presiunea prin "fortarea" trecerii uleiului intre dantura pinioanelor pompei si corpului acesteia, pinioanele sunt din otel carcasa e din aluminiu, in timp pot aparea uzuri ale carcasei care duc la pierderea presiunii mai ales in cazul descris de tine unde spuneai de malul respectiv.Acel mal pe langa ca e daunator mai e si abraziv iar intre aluminiu si otel cel ce va ceda va fi aluminiul...deci carcasa isi va mari distanta dintre pinioane si peretele ei deci...o scadere de presiune :) daca nu e nici asta nici filtrul dupa cum spui incearca atunci cand vei putea sa ii desfunzi rampa ca daca ai avut depuneri in baie sigur ai depuneri si in rampa si cam in toate canalizatiile din bloc.
stiu ca ce iti voi propune acum nu e o solutie foarte simpla dar e cea mai buna parerea mea, si anume blocul, chiulasa, arborele...in esenta tot motorul daca poti desfacut piesa cu piesa, scufundat in solutie de curatare cu soda caustica...sau mai stiu eu ce, si apoi folosita masina de curatat cu ultrasunete.Am folosit acest procedeu pe vremuri cand mai exista uzina si pot sa spun ca e foarte eficient.
ca un exemplu paralel pompa de ulei la M in zona de prelucrare unde comunica cu rampa are o gaura de dimensiuni mari si nu mereu prea bine facuta iar de aici uneori apar probleme de presiune care pot fi resolvate foarte simplu prin bucsare si rectificare locala si merge brici apoi dar asta e un caz aparte pentru ca pompa e actionata de axul distribuitorului si e defapt o adaptare facuta cam empiric dar asta e alta discutie...
ca o alta solutie pe care o foloseau baietii la garaj e sa faci un amestec de curatare din ulei, motorina niste diluant sau spirt tehnic si sa sacrifici un filtru, sa torni acest amestec in motor sa lasi motorul sa functioneze la relanti vreo 2-3 minute cu amestecul asta apoi sa opresti motorul pentru vreo 2 ore apoi sa repeti operatiunea...si tot asa de vreo 5 ori si de cele mai multe ori da rezultate.

Pana la urma am dat jos motorul si avea mizerie in baie. Pompa de ulei este buna. Urmeaza curatarea motorului.

L-am desfacut si l-am curatat pe tot. Acum a iesit curat :D
Desfacut baia de ulei, desfacut pompa de ulei, sonde etc
