Intr-o vara calduroasa de anul trecut daca nu ma lasa memoria am purces in urmatoarele tentative de a modifica placa de presiune clasica de ARO (cu cele 3 parghii de actionare - cunoscute drept "catei") cu una tip Andoria - cu soare.

Avantaje - fiabilitate crescuta. nu se tocesc cateii, nu se deregleaza.
Dezavantaje - nici unul.

Firul povestii este urmatorul. Exista rulment de presiune special pentru placa de presiune tip soare. Particularitatea sa este ca este mai gros - in sensul ca apasa mai mult pe placa fiind mai mare. Furca este aceeasi, pompa conductele si cilindrul de ambreiaj raman neschimbate in nici un fel.

Placa tip soare este evident placa tip soare. Prinderea sa pe volanta este perfect identica fata de placa tip clasic, deci nu exista probleme.

Problema sta in felul urmator. Motorul porneste, indiferent de treapta de viteza, masina nu pleaca de pe loc. Practic, placa nu lucreaza. Desi tija de la cilindru se misca, furca se misca, rulmentul apasa pe placa, aceasta nu lucreaza.

Am incercat urmatoarele:

- rulment mai mare, tipic pt placa soare, rulment clasic
- disc ambreiaj original de pe masina, disc nou special pt tip soare (era cam la fel nu am sesizat diferente)
- strunjit din volanta, ca sa incapa discul pe ea mai bine (poate nu e suprafata de contact buna).

Nici un rezultat. Concluzia mea a fost urmatoarea

volanta normala + disc normal + placa soare + rulment special pt placa soare (mai mare) = AR TREBUI SA MEARGA.

Nu a mers. Singura ipoteza a fost ca e stricata placa soare (decalit soarele) si nu actioneaza, desi rulmentul apasa pe ea.

Cam asta e.

Cateva imagini cu diferitele piese din acest proces. Pozele vorbesc de la sine.

Nu am imagini cu rulmentul. Am strunjit volanta pentru ca am gandit ca atinge metalul interior de pe disc de volanta, si nu freaca materialul pe ea calumea. Am facut deci gaura centrala a volantei putin mai mare, ca sa poata intra discul in ea total.

Satul de atat dat jos cutia si pus la loc si iar dat jos si pus la loc si tot nu merge. am ajuns la concluzia ca sistemul original este foarte bun. L-am montat si a fost ok fara probleme.

O sa explic intr-un topic separat problemele placii de presiune originale si cum se rezolva, ca sa nu fie nevoie de astfel de incercari de "placa soare" de Andoria, care au fost esec la mine.

Cand am cumparat aroul meu am mostenit de la sofer si o placa de presiune tip "soare", care a fost montata pe Brasov. Trebuie sa ma uit sa vad daca gasesc si rulmetul care era cu ea sa constat daca era normal sau modificat.

Era sigur mai gros, deoarece soarele este "mai in spate" fata de parghii. Sau altfel spus daca ai pune rulemntul clasic si l-ai prinde pe furca, el nu ar face contact deloc cu soarele si ar ramane spatiu de doua dejte intre rulment si placa. Practic "cateii" ies mult mai in afara fata de planul placii, in comparatie cu soarele. Din acest motiv e mai gros rulmentul.

Ai idee cam cu cat mai gros ar trebui sa fie rulmentul fata de unul normal. Poate gasesc la Ghezaco si cand o sa fie timp schimb placa.

Cam cu un deget jumate. Il mai am pe cel vechi "tip nou/gros" si e in stare foarte buna. Trebuie sa-l caut in garajul de langa mine, din intersectie.
