Ţinând cont de arolică 10 cu motoraş 1.4, ce sugestii aveţi în privinţa scutului? Tre să-i fac 2 scuturi din câte am văzut sub fusta maşinii: unul în partea din faţă şi altul pt reductor. Sau poate fac doar unul singur şi lung, ceea ce ar însemna că e mai dificil de montat din cauza grutătţii şi poziţiei incomode. Mă gândesc că tre să fie cât mai uşor de dat jos şi pus la loc pt că nu ştii niciodată când poate să apară o problemă. Într-una din zile poate voi reuşi să fac o schiţă în mare cu scutul cum mi-l imaginez eu.

Orice detaliu, şmecherie, material ce poate fi folosit îl aştept să-l scrieţi. Dacă ar fi să folosesc o tablă mai groasă, ar trebui să decupez din ea câteva cerculeţe ca să fie mai uşoară? (că-i motorul slab nu de alta). Sau,,.. aş putea folosi o tablă mai subţire (dar nu foarte subţire :lol: ) pe care să o prevăd cu o armătură de platband super-hiper-luminic-mega-superioru de rezistent.

Tabla groasa dintr-o bucata, in care se fac gauri la presa hidraulica, gauri "evazate" sau bombate" pentru - rezistenta si greutate redusa in acelasi timp.

Ideea cu platbanda pica. Recomandarea mea ar fi doua scuturi, ca sa poti monta / demonta cate unul. De asemenea, desi reductorul este oarecum expus, in practica nu prea se ajunge in situatia de a-l lovi, in nici un caz la fel de des ca lovirea zonei in care e baia de ulei si grupul fata. Astfel in cat poti face prima sectiune de scut de intaiasi data si prima oara, iar a doua mai tarziu.

Ca material ar fi si tabla de duraluminiu, cat mai gros, sau alternativ tabla tabla, si la fel, cat mai groasa...

La scut nu trebuie sa tii cont de greutate; trebuie sa isi faca datoria, iar daca e firav nu te ajuta cu nimic. Poti incerca di ntabla striata de aluminiu sau tabla da grosuta. La 24 scutul protejeaza mai mult capetele de bara si un pic grupul, insa tabla e subtire si usor deformabila.

Nu duraluminiu (antimoniu) ca e casant maxim si nu stiu sincer unde gasesti coala de duraluminiu.
Faza cu aluminiu striat este ca il gasest idoar la coala de cumparat, trebuie sa te combini de undeva de o bucata mai mica

Buna ideea si cu putina imaginatie poti face ceva dragut, pe care apoi poti sa incorporezi in bullbar. Adica o prelugire a bullbarului sub masina.

Chiar nu m-am gândit la un scut pe totă lungimea maşinii. Cred că ar fi bun pentru a proteja şi grupul spate şi cardanul în cazul în care faci balansoar pe el pe ceva bolovan.
