In sfarsit am reusit sa pun din nou mizeria pe roti :evil:
am pus puntea la loc, rotitoarele (sunt geniale), grupul care mi-a dat mari batai de cap din cauza rulmentilor noi mergea greu... si tot nu-mi dadeam seama ce are :lol: , schimbat si eu o conducta ramasa veche la puntea spate, pus mrl-urile (doar carcasa, mai trebuie sa lucrez putin la bucsile alea ca sa intre usor pe planetara), schimbat ulei (facuse al dracu deja 10.000 km, magarul....), filtru ulei, antigel (gracias lui Tudor...). Ce chestie... dupa ce ma schimbat uleiul, parca merge si motoru mai frumos, e mai putin zgomotos asa :lol: :lol: , cred ca-i place Motulul nou :mrgreen:

Cum minunile tin 3 zile :lol: mizeria e iar pe bara. Sa ma cac pe ea de troaca.... s-a ros iara furtunul de retur de la radiator (cabestan stie....). Chiar acum vro 4-5 zile am vorbit cu unu ptr un radiator de toyota, dar cerea cam mult.. si am zis ca sa mai astepte, dar vad ca ea e de alta parere... si tocmai ce ieri ii pusesem antigel, si apa distilata, tu-i mama ei...
ma mira totusi ca abia acum, dupa ce are bucsi de poliamida peste tot, rulmenti noi peste tot, fara jocuri in roti si etc poti merge cu 140-150 fara sa ai senzatia ca tanti cu coasa sta cu tine pe bancheta din spate :lol: :lol: :lol:
Capota aia o sa aibe de suferit in curand... la cat de urat troncane, ma scoate din minti... :evil:, cred ca o sa-i pun o vorba buna lui vlad sa mi-o dea pe cea de tabla :mrgreen:

Aaa furtunaaasuuuu.... pufuleeetiiii... da nasol. Radiatoru in sine nu stiu ce vina are, in afara faptului ca tam nesam cum necum freaca acolo...

Io inclusiv la... Cobra am avut acest aspect problematic, si l-am imobilizat cu coliere cumva sa nu frece si ala e, o tinut aproape 3 ani.

Multe s-au mai intamplat intre timp...
cea mai recenta, a fost ruperea levierului de directie... din cazua parghiei prea mare... asa ca in seara asta 3 minti stralucite au luat din nou pixurile si hartia in mana, le-au arucat si s-au pus pe asezat fiare mai ceva ca la puzzle... cea mai "desteapta" si fara sudura metoda este urmatoarea:
levier de aro pe caseta, bara de directie de aro din levier la roata din stana, un levier de tv de dreapta pus invers in stanga si facute ori niste prezoane lungi ori niste suruburi lungi si eventual sudate levierele intre ele... dar baza sa stea in prezoanele lor.
PARERI?????

Prezoane prea lungi - cat ar fi ele de rezistente, tot au ceva elasticitate la lungimea aia si "lucreaza" daca nu se rup se slabesc periodic.
In orice caz levierele trebuiesc sudate.. Daca ai vazut la Ama, cum a fost facut levierul custom, cam cum ai pus tu acum, dar am taiat bucata unde vin prezoanele si pur si simplu e sudat "gatul" care vine in sus de levierul care sta normal. Bine, ca sudura a fost de succes de nu s-a rupt pana acum - a implicat MIGul dat la maxim, si diverse bucatele de fier care se topeau la foc continuu pana cand tot s-a inrosit si a iesit o mare galma de fier :lol:

LE: bre, dar nu pune bara de directie asa scurta.. o sa ai mai mult ca sigur bump-steer, ia si pune-o normal spre cealalta roata - sau ai pus asa doar de exemplificare :roll:
LE2: acuma am citit si toate cuvintele :lol: zic sa nu pui directia pe bara din stanga, dar tu poti incerca, si ne zici si noua :mrgreen: Posibil sa nu fie asa grav cum cred eu, pt ca nu ai panhard, dar in orice caz.. ceva tot o sa simti in volan :mrgreen:

Salut, bara aia scurta nu are ce cauta acolo, trebuie neaparat sa o pui in dreapta, nu ma insir cu povestea prea mult insa daca ramane in stanga o sa ai probleme (de diferite feluri pentru ca se intampla sa fie niste forte din mai multe parti) asa ca trebuie sa o muti neaparat uitate la alte masini cu punte pe fata din fabrica si o sa vezi cum sunt asezate (nissan, toyota, samurai)

Vom vedea cum se comporta, momentan asa ramane...
Ce argument logic/fizic insa ar fi ptr marile probleme? Nu uita ca am foi de arc nu tendoane si bara panhard... asa ca puntea mea culiseasa doar jos-sus fara sa plece in lateral....

La flexari extreme puntea tot descrie un arc de cerc in jurul centrul sau, iar problema ar fi ca bara de directie asa scurta descrie un cerc mai mic, deci apar ceva diferente in miscarea de ansamblu, care o sa se regaseaza in tentative de bracare a rotii.
Cred ca situatia cu adevarat ideala ar fi directia full hidraulica :lol:
