Aproaaape gata inca o chestie pe care o doream de mult. Intercoooooooleru' :mrgreen:
l-am montat, i-am definitivat traseul... locul.... masca fata a avut de suferit, ptr ca nu incapea motorul gmv-ului... vroiam initial sa cumpar un super-slim din ala, dar m-am gandit ca e mai benefic pentru buzunar sa ramana asta original :lol:
mai am sa mai prind cateva surubele, si sa vad ce fac cu toate electrovalvele alea... trebuie sa le prelungesc furtunelele, si sa le gasesc o pozitie frumoasa.

Inca nu am apucat sa vad serios..... traseul e etans, daca astup tubina moare imediat. Problema mare e ca, atunci cand am dat admisia veche jos, am micsorat si turatia maxima, precum si avansul, punandu-l la linie... acum nu mai scoate fum decat daca e foarte subturata si o calc la blana, dar e si muult mai puturoasa, trage mai bine de jos, din ture. Maine, poimaine dau iara avansul mai mare, vreau neaparat sa faca iar 1 bar cel putin... acum facem maxim 6 , 7 :evil: .

in sfarsiit, am remediat si ce stricasem, am dat totul la loc cum era, avansul la fel, turatia maxima la fel, siiiii vai de pnm cum tragee :o :o , muuult mai bine decat inainte, se simte mult aerul ala rece.... :mrgreen: , ba chiar cu reglajul din boost controler ca inainte face 1,2 bar.... asa ca o sa-l dau si mai mic :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
pe langa asta am prins toti senzorii aia pe placa lor, pe care la randul ei am prinso cu un surub sudat pe teava, arata ca si cum ar fi de acolo 8-)

merge absolut genial, teava care iese din intercooler e rece indiferent de conditii, mers in oras, drum lung... m-am chinuit in repetate randuri sa fac electroventilatorul intercoolerului sa porneasca dar nu a fost chip :lol: , poate in teren o sa porneasca, cand nu o sa aiba asa mult flux de aer.

Care p**** mea de inginer o fi proiectat sistemul asta de franare la Aro... si cu valva limitatoare montata, si cu repartitor pe spate (la iesirea caruia se mai afla o valva limitatoare permanenta), reusesc sa blochez toate 4 rotile pe macadam, pamant, iarba... iar pe asfalt fata se blocheaza puutin dupa ce blocheaza spatele.... asta cu valva inchisa la maxim... adica 60% la cat e si ea limitata...
fata de cum era inainte, tot e bine...
Am mai schimbat si niste burdufi de capete de bara.. mai bine zis i-am pus, ca nu mai era nimic din cei vechi, am mai modificat putin circuitul de intercooler, si am mutat releul de bujii in cabina, sa fie ferit pe cat posibil de tot felul de chestii... maine urmeaza alte modificatiuni, vreau neaparat sa montez gura de lup, sa mai fac pe la alarma una alta, sa fac porcaria asta de capota de fibra sa nu mai vibreze ca toate alea, si sa fac ceva la aeroterma sa nu mai arunce apa de la roata prin gaura prin care "respira", nu prea am chef de circuitul de snorkel pentru aeroterma acum :mrgreen:

Vezi daca ai spatele lung si usor! :D

Interesant limitatoru' tre s vad si eu o idee similara pt TV pentru ca nu am nimic la capitolul frane, si e complicat si delicat deopotriva. Si ala e usor de cur, iar pe vremurile cand era stock si functional, inainte de etapa, si avea frane beton, bloca fundu' rapid de tot pe asfalt, si nu prea puteam s-o mai tin pe traiectorie :lol:

dap, iti da voie sa opresti pana la 60% din presiune pe puntea spate. eBay, 220 lei a fost cu transport.
Azi am mai facut la alarma ce vroiam :lol: , am inebunit cu ea, am vrut sa pun gura de lup, dar vad ca trebe dat rezervoru jos ?! :evil: asa ca am vopsit rezervorul de rezerva, ca asta e stramb si curge ca dracu daca-l umplu, pe la garniturile de sus, ca are filetele duse... asa ca i-a venit vremeaa, o sa vreau sa-i fac si un scut.
Am pus la loc si bara pe fata, de data asta frumos zic eu :lol: , prinsa de sasiu, langa suportul troliului :mrgreen:, si arata tare fain asa... parca e completa acum :lol:
tot caut o bara spate de fier, am vazut ca modelele puse pe 246 sunt tare frumoase, sper sa fac rost de una la un pret decent.

Hm, nemultumit fiind de cum era pedala de frana, azi am purces la inca o aerisire serioasa, inclusiv pompa de frana, iar rezultatul a fost uimitor :shock: :shock: , tine frana ca la o masina normala acum, pedala e super tare, fara aproape pic de cursa, oprind foarte frumos. Cred insa ca voi fi nevoit sa readaptez T-ul si pe punte fata, deoarece acum am iesire de sub pompa la roata din dreapta iar iesirea in lateralul pompei pe acelasi pistonas (primul, de la pedala) la roata din stanga, iar dreapta fata blocheaza foarte bine si imediat iar roata din stanga cu intarziere... pana la urma cred ca voi face un test la o statie ITP, pentru ca teoretic nu ar trebui sa difere... ca doar tot pe acelasi pistonas e, ... sau gresesc? e posibil sa fie asa si din cauza cauciucului moale pe stanga, voi vedea :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
Pe asfalt, acum, daca pun frana brusc blocheaza toate 4... si daca dau cu spatele tare si pun iar frana doar fata :mrgreen: , in sfarsit.... dupa un an jumate am reusit si eu sa am frane decente la Aro.... wow
