Mandrul posesor al unui ARO 244, fabricatie 1997, motorizare Peugeot TD cu 75000 km la bord.
Masina asa arata inainte de a intra in service de unde inca nu a iesit. Caroseria era terminata mai ales in partea din spate, pragurile erau mancate si indesate cu spuma poliuretanica, partea mecanica nu fusese umblat la ea de ani buni, timoneria de la cutia de viteze era prinsa cu saibe, cuie si sarme, vopseaua data cu spray-ul...

Masina e aproape gata. Au urmat si scarile iar MRL-urile o sa fie ulterior schimbate cu AVM-uri.

Timonerie am gasit la C-lung la unu din magazine doar ca e cam ciudat montata fata de cea veche..adica e inclinat schimbatorul spre dreapta iar cand bagi a 5-a te cam duci peste pasager.
Cea mai mare problema e cu parbrizul..cei de la service au reusit sa imi sparga deja doua parbrize (ba ca era deja crapat, ba ca e vechi chederul) si acum abia am gasit unul sa cumpar..dar mi-e frica sa le mai dau ceva.
Ei zic ca ar crapa sigur dupa ce il monteaza ceea ce ma face sa ma gandesc ca sta in tensiune.
Idei? Sfaturi ceva?

Multumesc de aprecieri.
Masina e gata de dinainte de sarbatori. I-am facut si tapiteria interioara (plafonul, fetele de la usi, stalpii laterali, interiorul de la haion si mocheta pe jos).

I-au fost reglate injectoarele si pompa de injectie (care e Lucas si pe care vroiam sa o schimb cu Bosch), dar pe data de 2.01 dupa ce si pe 30-31-01 a pornit impecabil si a mers la fel, a dat cu piciorul, respectiv a pornit, a mers sacadat, si dupa aia s-a oprit singur. Avea goluri de aer pe conductele de motorina, dupa bateria de filtru cu amorsa.

Dupa ce am "pupat" la motorina toata ziua si am schimbat vreo 2 filtre cu tot cu amorsa, dupa ce am schimbat si supapa de sens, dupa ce am suflat sistemul de alimentare (gandindu-ma ca are dop de gheata), am verificat si decantorul si sistemul de furtune de alimentare de la rezervor la motor, tot nu pornea decat trasa.

Am lasat-o acolo si astazi am primele vesti bune de la ea. Am aflat ca era de fapt problema cu electrovalva de la pompa de injectie care era moarta, din cine stie ce motive.
Urmeaza sa caut una care sa se potriveasca pe la magazine sau dezmembrari pe acolo.

Masina se aproprie de primii 5000 de km cu mine la volan.
Problema a fost atunci de la conducta de alimentare care era anulata(cu tot cu decantorul de dedesubt), iar pe langa ea prinsa cu sarma era un furtun care din loc in loc era prins cu banda izoliera si tragea aer pe acolo.
S-a schimbat cu unu special pentru combustibil ca solutie temporara pana am timp sa ma ocup de o conducta de cupru.

Intre timp nu mai fuge ca inainte si am impresia ca nici turbo nu mai intra in actiune.
Am incercat cu toate tipurile de motorina si toti aditivii posibili, dar nimic, mai mult de 100-110 la vale nu prinde orice ar fi.

Stie cineva un pompagiu bun care sa poate verifica si regla daca e cazul pompa si injectoarele? Sau sa o schimb direct cu una Bosch?
