ABI (automobil blindat de interventie) foloseste platforma de aro 24x precum si motorizarile acestuia.

ABI erau echipate cu o mitraliera de 12.5 mm cu dispozitiv de declansare a focului electric.
Motorul era L25
Poze cu ABI de la Muzeul Militar National Bucuresti.

Al doilea ABI (Muzeul Militar National ) apartinand trupelor USLA (Unitatea Speciala de Lupta Anti-Tero), masina in care a murit Col. Gheorghe Trosca in timpul revolutiei din 89. Masinile au fost impuscate in fata MapN cu cartuse perforante.
